The time has come to cast your votes! Here you will find the official email voting document, including the updated timeline, voting procedures, and important participation guidelines. We encourage every institution to take part in the process by asking questions, engaging in discussion, and submitting your vote before voting closes on May 15 at 11:59pm HST.

Please review the document carefully to ensure your institution is prepared for each phase:• Q&A Period: April 24 - May 1• Discussion Period: May 1 - May 8• Voting Period: May 8 - May 15

Your voice and vote play an important role in shaping the direction of PACURH, and we look forward to seeing thoughtful collaboration and engagement from across the region throughout this process.

The countdown is on: just 13 days until we saddle up for NACURH 2026

From registration and educational sessions to conference chats that keep you in the loop, everything you need to prepare for the journey can be found on the conference website.
