Conference Overview

Dates: February 6-8, 2026

Theme: Roaring into Leadership

Locations: Saint Martin’s University (5000 Abbey Way SE, Lacey, WA) and Holiday Inn Express (4460 3rd Ave SE, Lacey, WA)

Institution registration has now closed and it’s time to complete the individual registration due on Jan 23rd 5:00pm PST / 3:00pm HST. You should expect to receive the form for individual registration soon but if you have not please reach out to pa_rbcadvisor@nacurh.org and pa_businessconf@nacurh.org

Note: Individual Registration and Invoices will be sent out once institution registration is received

Looking for a way to showcase your delegates and win spirit points for this conference weekend? Make sure to submit a Roll Call video and Banner image using this form before January 30th.

We can’t wait to see your creativity shine as we roar into the weekend

For this year the next timeline for bidding is as follows: 

• REVISED BIDS are due on January 22nd 11:59 PM HST

• BIDS RELEASED to region on January 23rd 2026 - 14 days prior to RBC 2026
