Welcome to our first conference newsletter, we are so excited to share some important updates from your Regional Business Conference (RBC) team in regards to this year’s Regional Business Conference!

Dates: February 6-8, 2026
Theme: Roaring into Leadership
Locations: Saint Martin’s University (5000 Abbey Way SE, Lacey, WA) and Holiday Inn Express (4460 3rd Ave SE, Lacey, WA)
There are two registration forms for this conference
Institution Registration - Completed by Advisor by Jan 16th 5:00pm PST / 3:00pm HST
Individual Registration - Completed by each individual by Jan 23rd 5:00pm PST / 3:00pm HST
Note: Individual Registration and Invoices will be sent out once institution registration is received

For this year the next timeline for bidding is as follows:
BID INTENTS form opened: November 15th!
BID SUBMISSIONS form open: December 13th!
BID INTENTS due on: January 11th 2026 11:59pm HST
BID SUBMISSIONS due on January 15th 2026 11:59 PM HST
POLICY CHECK is on January 16th to 18th 2026
BIDS RETURNED is back to author for revisions on January 19th 2026
REVISED BIDS are due on January 21st 11:59 PM HST
BIDS RELEASED to region on January 23rd 2026 - 14 days prior to RBC 2026
