We are thrilled to release registration for our 2025 Regional Leadership Conference, please review the conference details and find the registration form linked below

  • Theme: California Dreamin’: A Collective of Stories that Shape Us

  • Dates: November 14-16, 2025 [schedule shown below]

  • Location: San Diego Country Inn & Suites, (5975 Lusk Blvd)

  • Registration Cost

    • Quad (4 per room): $400USD per person

    • Double (2 per room): $500USD per person

    • Single (1 per room, advisor priority): $700USD per person

  • For institutions that are unable to stay in the hotel due to proximity issues, we are working on figuring out an accommodation that aligns with NACURH and institutional policies

  • Institution billing for conference costs is in progress, our ADAF will provide an update when we are able to accept payments

Inspired by “California Dreamin’” these sessions help leaders imagine, build, and sustain their dreams. Leaders don’t just imagine possibilities but they make them real.

Education Sessions provide an opportunity for individuals or small groups to share their learning and leadership experience to peers in short 20-30 minute presentations. This is an opportunity to showcase the unique initiatives that your institution is a part of!

D- Development: Personal & Professional Growth 

Focus: Build the tools and skills needed to thrive as a student leader and beyond! Sessions may focus on communication, confidence, delegation and career building. 

R- Resilience: Wellness & Balance

Focus: Leadership can be tough- resilience is what keeps us going.  Learn about stress management, self-care, and keeping motivation through challenges.

E- Everyone Matters: Inclusion 

Focus: Every story matters. Explore allyship, identity, and advocacy. Learn to create spaces where everyone feels seen and supported. 

A- Action: Leadership in Practice

Focus: Turn ideas into impact. Discover strategies for planning programs, leading teams, recruiting members, and making confident decisions.

M- Momentum: Innovation & Legacy

Focus: Great leaders don’t just make change- they keep it going! Sessions will highlight creativity, sustainable practices, and the legacies leaders leave behind.

For this year the timeline for bidding is as follows: 

  • BID SUBMISSIONS due on Friday, October 24th, 2025 11:59 PM HST

  • POLICY CHECK is on Friday, October 24th, 2025 to Sunday, October 26th, 2025

  • BIDS RETURNED is back to author for revisions on Monday, October 27th, 2025

  • REVISED BIDS are due on Thursday, October 30rd, 2025 11:59 PM HST

  • BIDS RELEASED to region on Friday, October 31th, 2025 - 14 days prior to RLC 2025

The PACURH Accountability Committee is looking for student members. The purpose of the committee is to hold RBD members and Conference Staff accountable in regards to PACURH policies. This year the committee will also look at reviewing the procedures to activate an accountability process. If you have any questions about this you can reach out to the Accountability Committee Advisor pa_accountability@nacurh.org
