For this year the next timeline for bidding is as follows: 

• BID INTENTS form opened: November 15th!

• BID SUBMISSIONS form open: December 13th!

• BID INTENTS due on:  January 11th 2026 11:59pm HST

• BID SUBMISSIONS due on  January 15th 2026 11:59 PM HST

• POLICY CHECK is on January 16th to 18th 2026

• BIDS RETURNED is back to author for revisions on January 19th 2026

• REVISED BIDS are due on  January 21st 11:59 PM HST

• BIDS RELEASED to region on January 23rd 2026 - 14 days prior to RBC 2026
