NACURH 2025-2026 Affiliation has recently opened which means that now is your opportunity to be part of something big. Please reference the Affiliation Email for all the details you need to know to have a successful affiliation.

Hey everyone! This summer, the regional OTM selection committee and I have completed a process to select regional OTM winners for the months of January 2023, March 2023, April 2023, and May 2023, as winners have not been selected previously. All regional winners for these months are now updated on the regional winner spreadsheet. I have also attached some FAQs below to clear up some common questions about this process. Thank you so much, and please reach out to pa_adnrhh@nacurh.org if you have any questions or concerns about the OTM process.

1. Will these OTMs be submitted to NACURH for selection on that level?

NACURH OTM Winners have already been selected for January 2023, but I will work with the NAN to see about facilitating a similar process on the NACURH level for the other months. You can view the OTM winners for NACURH here!

2. How did you get the campus winners (regional nominees) for these months?

The OTM submission form to the regional level was up on the OTM website for all 4 of these months, and institutions had used it to submit their campus winners. However, no regional winners have been selected. In addition, earlier this year, I communicated with all institutions still affiliated with us and who have submissions for these months to resubmit their campus winners, so institutions were well informed and given proper time to submit their campus winners to PACURH. 

3. Why were no regional winners selected at a time closer to these months, like it is outlined in policy?

I was not the ADNRHH at the time, so I cannot speak to the exact reason. However, if I had to guess, if you didn't know, the agreement between NACURH & ACUHO-i (our professional organization counterpart) to host our old OTM database had ended, and NACURH had to quickly pivot to our current Jotform and Google Form system that we use today, starting in January 2023.

4. Why are you facilitating this process now?

I didn't do this earlier because I was focusing on managing our current OTMs and increasing the size of our selection committee, but because it's the summer and our committee is 10-11 people, I felt this is the best time to facilitate this process. OTM Submissions Update:

As a reminder, you can submit OTMs even during the summer- that includes the months of June and July! You can submit an OTM using this link and if you’re interested in viewing previous OTMs you can find them linked here and there is a new OTM guide that can be found here.
