We’re already looking forward to the year ahead and we want you to be a part of it too!! NACURH 2025-2026 Affiliation has recently opened which means that now is your opportunity to be part of something big. Please reference the Affiliation Email for all the details you need to know to have a successful affiliation.
Deadline Clarification:
October 1st: Deadline for Institutions hosting NACURH Leadership to be fully affiliated
October 15th: Deadline for ALL institutions to be fully affiliated (Dues and Forms Submitted) to avoid losing access to NACURH services
October 15th is NOT the end of affiliation! Institutions that lose access to services on the 16th can still submit all of their affiliation at a later time and be in good standing, they simply lose the opportunity to engage in any opportunities in the interim (OTMs, resource access, discounted conference registration, etc.). We encourage institutions to affiliate even after the October 15th deadline has passed!

Registration is opening soon for PACURH’s Regional Leadership Conference 2025!!
This conference is set to be hosted in San Diego in November 2025. Official dates, specific locations, and registration details will be confirmed as soon as possible to support early travel or flight bookings. There are two hotel and venue locations that are currently under review and pending confirmation. The RBD is working hard to get confirmations on these details and will provide the region with updates as soon as possible
For access to some frequently asked questions and answers you may want to look at these meeting minutes from our regional chat where representatives were given an opportunity to voice their questions to the board
For the most detailed information on budget we recommend reviewing our Associate Director of Admin & Finance’s Budget Presentation Video

Are you creative, organized, or just love good vibes and great graphics? The Communications Committee is the place for you! This team helps drive PACURH’s marketing and engagement by running social media campaigns, coordinating Instagram takeovers and member spotlights, and keeping the region informed and engaged.
Joining means you’ll not only support the region but also grow your own communication skills to better promote events and initiatives on your campus. We meet once or twice a month, and we’d love to have you on the team 🌟

Do you want to be recognized for your three or four years of service to your school's residence hall system, the region, and/or NACURH? If so, this is the form to apply to receive a PACURH 3 & 4 Year Outstanding Service Pin and/or a Graduation Stole!

This new manual is the go-to guide for anyone interested in writing/creating award bids at either the regional or NACURH-levels! I understand that award bids can be daunting, so I hope this information is digestible and understandable. Please reach out to Carson Markovic, the NCO Associate Director for Recognition & Engagement at nco_nrhh@nacurh.org if you have any questions about what is in this manual.
Happy bidding!
NACURH Wants Your Voice: Join an Affiliation Dues Focus Group!NACURH is reviewing its affiliation dues and wants feedback from a diverse range of institutions. We are inviting institutions of all sizes and types, and especially those who have been historically underrepresented in NACURH’s financial conversations, such as if you're from a smaller RHA, a two-year college, an HBCU/Tribal College, or a campus that has expressed financial concerns in the past — your input is especially important.
Focus groups will be open to anyone and scheduled at various times to fit your availability. Anonymous surveys will also be sent out for those who may wish to participate in a more discreet way.
